• Digital Products & Services: All sales of digital products and services are final. No refunds or returns are available for digital services or products provided by Kelvious LLC.

 

• Physical Products: We offer refunds on physical products under the following conditions:

– The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

– The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Process

• Once a return request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within **7 working days**.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a product, unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
